Shipping & return policy

Free Worldwide Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide and we offer Courier Delivery that is free for all orders above $50. 

Order processing and delivery time

Order processing – most of our items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 3 to 7 days.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Courier Delivery takes 2 to 5 weeks after the items are processed.

United states: 7-21 business days

Europe: 2-4 weeks

Other world: 2-5 weeks

It may take longer if customs hold back packages.

Tracking. We always provide a tracking number. After payment received and purchase is handled and despatched – we will contact you via e-mail to give a tracking number. You can track the shipping of your order via our ORDER TRACKING PAGE.

PAYMENT

  • We accept PayPal. If you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.
  • We accept credit card payments through PayPal.

International taxes for orders outside the EU and USA

Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

RETURNS

In order to guarantee that you are 100 % satisfied with your linen, you have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after receiving a parcel. The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition i.e. that it is not used.

If you want to cancel your purchase (before you had received a tracking number) – be aware that refund of money will be done through 3 business days and for this operation PayPal automatically will take 8% of the paid amount.

If you need to return an item, please, contact customer service at MAIL right after delivery. State your order number, products you wish to return and the reason why. We will answer you and give the address to send an item.

Used items won't be accepted. The goods must be returned to Linen I.N.K. intact, undamaged, with their original packaging and as soon as reasonably possible. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. You may return new, unopened items sold by Linenink.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  If everything is by the numbers refund takes about 1 business day.

If you had been received the damaged or defective item – please make a photo of a defect and send us.

Please, put your attention on the fact that the colors we see on the display totally depend on the adjustments and type of the monitor and camera they were made with. We use only professional photos to show our customers the most real colors. But we are not responsible for the subjective perception of the colors.

NOTE: We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale items and custom orders.
